The radio bezel is easy. I have used a wooded shim or a large flate-blade screwdriver. Wrap the end in some black electrical tape so you don't scratch the dash. Just kind of wedge it behind the bezel and give it a little twist. Once it is separated a little, it will easily pull off. Then there is a small piece at the bottom that just pulls out too.
I haven't removed the console from around the shifter. You might check TRDsparks.com. Look up the alarm and open the install instructions. The glass break sensor fits in the blank next to the shifter, so I assume the steps to remove it are in there.
