Guys,
On my 2012 xB, I wanted to change daytime running light from yellow to white (something of the same color temperature as the low beam projector style). I did not want something that would look bluish. I have ordered Nokya 9005/HB3 65w (NOK7811). Color temperature is 3100K. You guys think it would look white enough? Whats the color temperature on the factory daytime running bulb?

4300 K is supposed to be white with lower numbers trending toward yellow and higher numbers towards the blue end of the spectrum

According to this from autoillumination.com you should be good.

I ended up ordering 7411 which is 7000K. Now obviously 7000K is maximum it can go upto which would be when I turn high beam on. I'm not sure what wattage the DRL runs at. Hopefully it would look white in DRL mode otherwise I wasted $30.
