I don't know if this has been posted or not but have you tuned your radio to your car? If you turn on your radio and hold the SSP button for 5 seconds it tells you what car it is tuned for (xB, tC, xD). If it is not correct, just turn the volume knob and it will scan the other models. Stop when you get to xB and all should be good. Of course you may like it on one of the others, so leave it where you think it sounds the best.

Yeah this has been talked about a few times but it's always good for the new peeps. I put in my own amp, box with 2 12's added speakers to the C pillars and replaced the door speakers...It all sounds great on XB mode but my bass doesn't "bump" unless I put it on TC mode. I am thinking I did something wrong but don't really know I just leave it on XB unless I wanna show someone up who thinks theirs is loud

I set mine flat. It's not a loud but I really like my music as pure as possible.
