Define "eyebrow" . . .

Eyebrows could be several things:
The "visor" that sticks on the outside (like ScionPro sells)
The visors on the windows (AVS, WeatherTech, etc)
The sunstrip tinted part on the upper windscreen
The solid vinyl strip people add as a visor top top part of a windscreen
A graphic on the upper windscreen

Possibly other stuff I didn't think of too . . .

Look on ebay.
I got the decal I used on my nose (in it's "rally stage") from ebay and it was sold as for the windshield of a Scion TC. I asked him to size it so it would fit my purposes:

Also, look for windshield decal or windshield banner or the like.

Idea:
Do BrickPig's inside shade, then the outside SCION vinyl decal. That way, you could change-out the logo at will.
