16" is the smallest that fits without some major work. The brakes are too big for smaller.

Someone put 15" NASCAR racing rims on, but I forgot how he got them to fit.

I remember that Xb. It was an A team looking Xb. If i remember correctly, they fit because he had to use spacers to essentially make it a 0 or even negative offset. I'll try and remember who it is
