I am trying to find some one who does the led swap from amber to white. I know it is a easy DiY fix but I don't have the patience for it...lol
I have 2009 xB. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you check your states laws. Specifically regarding brightness and flashing white lights above a certain height. I would say your best bet to have someone local do it is to go to a nearby car audio place.

Flashing white lights anywhere above the headlights will be illegal in most if not all areas. Some cops probably will not say any thing, but personally I would not deal with the risk.

I'm not sure what size bulb goes in there, but maybe someone makes a switchback bulb (glows white when the lights are on, but flashes yellow for turns/hazards) that will fit.

It is real easy to do. There is a guy on ScionLife that sells the bulbs. There are no switchbacks for the mirror signals. They only come on when the blinker or hazards are on.

I have never had any trouble with mine down here in FL. If you use blue or red it would be a different story (at least down here). I catch crap from the police for tint more than anything else. Eventually they started leaving me alone after paying for 2 tickets.

I found the guys website, I tried contacting him three days ago but haven't received a reply. plus I am looking to have some one do it for me as I do not have the patience for desoldering and then re-soldering, I am sure that some how I would fry the circuit ...... lol. I keep thinking that I could just re-wire a regular led bulb into the circuit and it should word but who knows

but will I have to solder them in? I don't have the skill set to do that. shakey hand syndrome...lol I am looking for some one to do the mod for me and receive payment for it.

i too wish i knew how to solder i want my leds to be white so they can match my signals
