Need help with ID with this Scion please

Is this a Scion xb? Do you know what type it is? Any mods?

Robbed my neighbors house and I thought Id check here for any help here.

Im thinking a a 2010-2012 scion xb release series 7 or 8? Is this close ?

Please assist if you can help ID. ANY help appreciated. Thanks a bunch

Thanks guys for your quick answers. This guy was trying to burglarize our street and was appended twice trying to break in. Only got a soliciting charge and giving false info

Whats crazy is he was casing a house that had just been burglarized - in fact he was out front just minutes before it was burglarized.

Thanks again for the clarification
