Here is what I have done so far:
  • Temp and Volt gauges
Welcome! I've had this in mind for my 2011 for some time but so far have not done it. I'm planning to put VDO Vision gauges in the dash above the steering wheel but was afraid of how to get the air out of the radiator hose after I added the water temp sensor. I've read about "burping" the air out by squeezing the hose, etc. How did you do it? Can you please post more pics of your gauges and details on your install? Thanks!

(BTW I realy like the deep blue color of your car! Is that Nautical Blue?)

Good looking xB for sure man, I actually dig that blue more than mine lol
I like Big Rick's color too. I'm pretty sure it's Nautical Blue, which (in my opinion) looks richer and has more depth than Elusive Blue.

If Nautical Blue was offered in 2011 (it wasn't) I would have gotten that instead of Stingray Metallic.

Wait a second, are you dropped with a tow hitch
Yeah and he's on DF210s so it's a bigger drop too. But he's on 20" rims and he did not mention what size tires he is on. So his net drop may (or may not) be as much as someone else with wheels/tires close to stock rolling diameter.

Still, the departure angle of our cars is much higher (more clearance) than the approach angle. So adding a hitch on a lowered car might still be OK.

You could always do a no-cost trial on your car by taping a wooden or Styrofoam block onto your back bumper to see what kind of clearance you could expect. If you drive around with it for a bit (and ignore all the weird looks you will get) the "rub record" (or lack of it) will also help with your decision.

My girfriend's car has (a spoiler) and about 15 others around me have it, so I am leaning towards not running one.
Agree it's a common mod. But it also makes the car look much different than pure stock.

CF would at least be different than the OEM-style color-matched rear spoiler that most others are running.

I was looking for a 3-piece roof spoiler a while back but no one seems to make one that is "clean" looking...

I wondered if they changed the width of the rear in 2013/14? I don't think mine could use the spacer?
I doubt it since the driveline has been the same since 2008.

Some people are running 15mm spacers (roughly 5/8") in the rear to get the faces of their rear wheels about the same amount of poke/flush/etc as the faces of their front wheels. By doing this they don't have to "stagger" their wheels sizes to get this look and can still rotate their tires.

BTW what size tire are you running? Curious. ???
