B/c of the vent lights and how many of the functional vents for that area are zip-tied to the clip slits on the bumper, I'd say they probably aren't worth much. There is a glut on them and they can be found in many garages.
The TRD vent is only $5.

I'd GUESS the $5-10 range, not that the guess would be worth much itself.
