Amazing! Except for right-side drive, it's uh, similar. I want the roof...have always wanted a sun roof, moon roof, whichever; and, if I didn't have the RS, I might get one. Hey, if I had one on an RS, that would make it even more special. Food for thought.

Thanks for posting. I really enjoyed the tour.

I'm wondering what will and won't be interchangeable between:
US and AU 2011 models
2011 RUKUS and 09-10 US xBs

Also, who will carry the parts in the US.

The Interior looks awesome.

All Automatic Windows would be nice to have, and did you see those speakers in the C-Pillars?!!? :eek:

I like the Rukus tail lights a lot. :rolleyes:

But come on guys, when the 2011 xB came out I remember a ton of people hating it on here, but now everyone is going crazy over the Rukus. I don't understand! Lol

The interior tour shows nine speakers and a moon roof. That implies either two more tweeters for the rear doors, or full range including tweeters in the C-panels, plus a subwoofer -- would like to learn more about that. I'm guessing those are actually options/accessories, but if not - - I presume the Australian price reflects them.

The Rukus comes in 3 levels of trim, called "Builds."
Build 1 is the basic car/box
Built 2 adds:
* Premium Interior Trim (Leather Accented)
* 3 Spoke Premium Steering Wheel (with Audio and Cruise Control Switches)
* Premium Gear Shift Knob
* Auto Air Conditioner
* 9 Speaker Audio (including sub woofer)
Build 3 adds to Build 2:
* Tilt and Slide Moon roof

The pricing, in AU$:
* 2010 Toyota Rukus - Build 1: $27,490
* 2010 Toyota Rukus - Build 2: $29,990
* 2010 Toyota Rukus - Build 3: $31,790

Hello everyone,

I really like the 16" alloy wheels that come with the Rukus, they look similar (or the same) as the ones found in the current gen Corollas here. And from what I have read in the past, Corollas have a different bolt pattern (same as the xD and tC, something like 5x100) than ours. Is that correct?

I check the Scion website almost everyday to see if the 2011 xB info is already up, but haven't found anything so far. Does anybody know whether the Scion dealers have the 2011 parts/accessories catalog onsite?

In the market for 16" wheels. We've had our 2010 xB (5-speed) for almost 6 months now and we're very satisfied with our purchase....well, except for the hubcap thing. Happy motoring everyone!

I got 16" rims and used the OEM tires. Saved money, kept it low, and it looks great. I found mine at Discount Tire. There are so many, it's difficult to choose. Oh, and welcome to the site.

Thanks, 'Hellen'....I'm actually a long time viewer, infrequent poster, of this forum if you will.

If the 16" wheels found in the Rukus don't make their way to the 2011 xB's, my next choice would be an MB wheel from America's Tire. I am still trying to see if a Toyota or Scion center cap would fit in the MB wheel. Did you keep the MB center cap on yours?

Thanks :)! The build increments don't seem too bad, though there appears a premium compared to the US. Probably boosted some due to base additions like alloy rims and lowering, though given Australia's proximity to Japan, I'd have thought the pricing might have been a little less.

I now see the nine speakers are like ours in the passenger area, plus forward facing cargo area drivers, the sub in the left rear "cubby", and a cargo net on the right side. Like the Rumion I'm thinking.

Does seem pretty nice to me :)!
