What the heck is going on. So I changed the oil in my 09 XB today. 4 quarts, new filter witch is a little bigger than stock. Now the dipstick reads about 2 quarts high..

I guess this will happen when you drain the tranny then put the oil in the engine. I was having a bad day. Dumb Dumb

About a month ago I changed out the oil in my 93 Dodge Cummins. Well, that's funny, the oil coming out was green and clean. 12 quarts of it. Looked at the little card I use as an oil/filter record and I'd just changed it like 350 miles prior. ****. Guess I'll do that first from now on. A mind is a terrible thing to lose.
