I was just talking to someone the other day that installed them and he had a hard time snapping them into place. Actually, they still weren't fully snapped in, so I would assume that removing the bumper and placing it on the ground would give you better leverage snapping them in place.

BTW... When I passed you on 104, I was able to check out your lights from the front. Your vent lights look great lit up, even during the day! Did you install HID's?

Not yet, she has to get her bumper repaired or replaced first. Hopefully she should be able to have the work done soon.

There are locking tabs that you would have to push to separate the vent from the bumper and the only way to reach them is from the rear. Once you unsnap the vent from the tabs, the vent would be removed from the rear.
