I do the same thing... even at work. I had been parking in an end spot and locating WAAAY to the outside and on the outside line and beyond. One day I come out to go home (and I know who's vehicle was parked next to me) I have a paint mark on the side of my truck where the *** just kept getting closer to my truck every day, no matter how much room I gave myself... I confronted him about it the next day, and he denied he'd done it. I never park anywhere I can't "protect" the passenger side completely, by parking next to a curb or area where no one can park... so the mark is on the drivers side and I check EVERY TIME I get in the truck. Even at night. Blue paint... Blue a$$hole.

the only parking space I have for my apartment is in the underground parkade, everyone has labelled spots. The ***hole next to me has hit my doors twice now. I've asked her nicely to watch what shes doing, and then she did it again. shes also constantly leaving garbage all over her dtall and kicking it under my b. the other day I found the bulb part or whatever from a crack pipe under my car. Im getting close to the point of wanting to drain her oil next time she does it

If you could get under her hood you could remove the efi fuse, or just change the spark plugs gap so it doesn't fire right anymore. It's a little less destructive lol

True, I worry even more about my bikes than my cars.
People around here are crazy. I've heard of people filling ping pong balls with various things and tying it via fishing line to something inside the filler area so when the fresh gas goes over the ping pong ball it erodes, messes up the gas, and destroys the engine.
Personally i'd never mess with someones possessions like that although I did once hit my managers trans am with a full cup of mountain dew because she had my ex girlfriend in the car who had just covered my car with mayonnaise and I thought the window was down. I obviously missed the intended target.
