I hate to be an *** on this one but "H" rating has nothing to do with handling. Only top safe speed. There are actually different numbers on tires that dictate grip, tire wear, and different levels of handling aspects. You can actually have a "H" rated tire that gives amazing handling, just its not for higher speed usage then other tires.

Actually I believe that the xB could easily hit 130. You might be tapping out at the end of the gear range but its easily got the HP to do so. I have seen some posting upwards of 120 mph easily. I think somewhere along the trip to vegas or back from we hit 110 without trying that hard. Only thing that stopped me is that my rims and tires were a combo package that had free balancing. Meaning they were not balanced for high speeds. Later this year when I go into winter mode I will have them rebalanced for higher speeds.
