Anyone got a good shop in the metro area they want to recommend? The place I've been going is starting to annoy me. I just dumped $1300 for a new deck + add-ons and the work wasn't as good as it should have been. The plastic "hood" part above my gauges is popped out and I have to go back to have it fixed. I'm also irritated that they took a short cut and installed my XM antenna inside the car under the dash somewhere. Now I get signal issues driving around different parts of town. The last 2 vehicles I owned with XM, had external antennas, and had none of the signal issues I'm getting now.

I also want to hardwire a radar detector and my PDA phone cradle, but I'm not wanting to take it back to the same place. I know, I know, DIY, but I work 6 days a week and just don't have the time for these types of fun tinkering anymore.

Not yet. I'm quitting my day job this week, so hopefully I can get some time to do the hardwiring soon. I still need to find someone who can reroute my XM antenna though. It's really aggravating to have the signal cut out as much as it does.
