Does anyone know how to take off the plastic pieces on the steering wheel?

How do you take off the Plastic on the steering wheel????? ANYONE HELLO?

Haven't tried it yet I tried prying earlier and they weren't budging. So Ill investigate more and tommorow Ill post a DIY for all the interior trim.

Sorry that was my fault I posted them twice because I wasn't getting an answer and I was getting frustrated because I couldn't figure it out!
