I think you should ask the dealer itself to reprogram the remote.or else can take help from e technician.
Remote alarm not working
I just changed the car battery in my 2008xd and ever since my alarm remote doesn't work. Went to dealer and the battery in the remote is good, does anyone know how to reprogram the remote.
