The end over the pivot just pops open. Under that is a nut, which unscrews/bolts. Remove that and the wiper arm comes right out.
If you want to remove entirely, pop the gray cover on the inside of the rear hatch (the HUGE plastic part) and the motor will unbolt for complete removal.
