Rolling Radius Change? Stock Wheels versus 19" TRD Wheels

Can anyone tell me if the rolling radius is increased by changing out the stock wheels for the 19" TRD wheels? I did a search but didn't see anything. I also forgot to ask my dealer when I picked up the car with the new shoes.
