That's the 2008 concept. I've seen some more current spy shots around the office at work and am not a fan at all. Not a good direction for Scion in my opinion and a god awful looking vehicle to boot.Is that the official design?
way to concept looking. I think its hideous and hope Scion doesnt put that into production.

After they tone it down a bit for production I could see it being pretty nice, and depending on the price point, sell well. There are not too many small trucks on the market. If you add inexpensive to the requirements, the list is even shorter.

I wonder what the production lines will be and if they will follow that A-Bat much or not. The functionality is nice and IS something I consider, esp. if it handles like the xB2.
That thing is hideous. They should just chop the xb and make that a pickup. I know its been done but they should market that design.

all in the eye of the beholder my friend! i did like the looks of the previous truck concept better...what was it? the haiku?
i would only go for it if it atlest had a high output v6, low/high 4x4 and geard to tow with and cost 20-25k...and with red on black....
I have wanted a pickup version of the current xB since it came out in 2008. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. Sorry, this design doesn't do it for me. It has all the charm of a Subaru Brat.

When I was a kid,if a child didn't look like the rest of his siblings the standing joke was "the father must be the milkman" haha.
So, let's bump this up. Haven't seen much on this since 2011, anyone know if there is an update on whether they are going to do this or not?
