Not sure how many put true snow tires on there cars, or just use all seasons. Here in WNY we get a lot of snow! (if it's gets too bad, I also have a 4x4 F150 if I need it).

A guy at work had these for a great price, with on 2K miles on them (1 season). Thought I would try them on the scion. They are 205/50R16. They are on and seems to handle pretty good so far.

I've used both winterforce and blizzaks on my old truck, and the blizzaks certainly performed better. The WF are just a harder rubber, but they do last forever for it. And indeed are way cheaper and better than an all season!

I'm taking my chances with a supposed bad upcoming winter here in the midwest with the stock all seasons. But at least this thing is FWD unlike my old light bed pickup.

I have General Altimax Arctic snow tires, very excellent winter handling and can be studded if your area requires it. I had them mounted on my OE rims.

as soon as my steelies need tires, they're getting snow tires. Regardless of the fact that Im storing the B this winter, you never know if I'll need it!
