I'd be willing to bet, they'd be a match..... probably gonna have to go Junk Yard'n to find a used one. Or just go see what they get for a new one at the dealership.... $$$$$$

Sounds like you'll have to drill a couple of new holes but otherwise nothing too difficult.

The factory ones are inside under a panel...... USB and Aux input..... Near the bottom, the openings face forward and are mounted on the back wall. I can't imagine wanting to move them anywhere else since the holes are already there.

I moved my usb plug next to the shifter. Hated it in the center console.
