The other seatbelt thread made me think of this. My new xB is the first car I've driven that is a pain to fasten my son's carseat. The female end is partially sunken into the seat, and does not pull out very far. My son, until the xB, has been able to fasten his own belt with no issue. Now I have to lean over him and struggle to angle the seatbelt against the carseat to line it up for latching.

Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or made any kind of modifications to alter this. Otherwise I'm looking at getting something like this (as opposed to this monster that would be overkill/hideous).

Should I go ahead and pull the trigger on the $26 plus shipping (don't see any for amazon prime)?

It is even worse with Clazzio covers. I feel your pain though. I have to do the same thing. Your links didnt work for me to give you an opinion.
