Thanks! I was a little hesitant about the wheels. They looked great online, but wasn't sure how they would really look in person. Turns out they're perfect with the CSM. I'm a happy camper.

hey geezer, i was looking to get 17's for my car, do you think you could take a dead on side picture? also what size tires do you have on there?

Here's a picture I took when I had them installed. Not quite full side view and no spray-on pretty, but it may be close enough. You can get a side view at the Tire Rack site. Tires are 225/45-ZR17 Yokohama Avid W4S. I was surprised how well they ride for such a low profile. I was ready to order from Tire Rack, but checked with a local tire shop and the total was only $2 more...plus I didn't have to deal with jacking up the xB and wrestling tires off and on.

that pic works great :) thanks a lot! the 17's look really good. i'm going to get mine from tire rack because i'm going to use my steel wheels as a set of snows, and just get the new set of sensors installed

but thanks again!

I'm using the original wheels and tires for winter use too, but didn't go with sensors in the new wheels. There is a "cool rim indicator light" on the dash that comes on to remind me that I have the 17" rims on the car...because I can't see them when I'm driving. ;)
