I just purchased a new 2012 Scion xB with the standard Pioneer radio installed and for some reason I cannot seem to figure out how to upload my contacts or at the very least set the six or so buttons. It appears to be stuck on "transferring contacts." Am I missing a step, or is there something I need to do on my phone?

I'd really like to be able to use to full functionality of this device. I can't be alone with this issue. Thanks!!
