UNICHIP is now available at Sparks Toyota/Scion for the 2005-2010 tC and 2008-2010 xB.


The Unichip is the universal performance chip and programmable computer that does engine management, custom tuning and engine control.
Easily plugs into the stock ECU & ECU harness in minutes , no programming necessary.
Realizes the full potential of Aftermarket add-on's like Cold-Air-Intakes & exhaust systems , as each kit comes pre-mapped for the exact set-up of each car or truck.
No end-user tuning necessary , just plug the kit into the car & you're ready to go.
Easily upgradeable for future add-on's.
Each kit comes with two maps : a low octane performance map & a high octane performance map, switchable from within the vehicle.
Fully tuneable by a Unichip Custom Tuner for customized add-on's . Do these chips really work? I always read and hear they are pieces of crap.

Yes they work otherwise we wouldn't be selling them

We've got three vehicles here at the shop using them and each of them saw a noticeable increase in performance after the installation of the chip.

2009 Corolla 1.8
2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7
2008 Scion xB 2.4

I noticed more of a difference with the addition of the chip than I did installing the cold air and exhaust. But add it all together and its really nice :cheers:

if it was a bit cheaper Id pick one up. I just don't have enough after market performance parts right now to make this worth it. Still need an exhaust.

$500....yikes! I would have to check out someone's car that has it installed before spending $500. And it wasn't clear to me as to what else I would need to purchase along with the UNICHIP ("Plug 'n Play harnesses are fully Flux capable - purchase Flux when you purchase the Plug 'n Play kit or upgrade later"). How much are those?

I just looked over the dyno results for the TRD Sparks xB and those look impressive but $500 seems like too much.....and only a 90 day warranty from UNICHIP. Maybe not.....
