ok, My up stream sensor went out, O reillys only sale one sensor. does this mean that its one up and down stream sensor?

They look identical to me. Most likely they're interchangeable. I've never heard of different units for one car. I say go for the one from them. It shouldn't have an issue. Also, check out Advanced Auto Parts (It's on Pat Booker near the AutoZone). They sometimes have better prices. lol.
