I am replacing a stock 2012 scion xb head unit with a scion/pioneer touch screen unit with GPS.

There are three plugs that don't look right. So one is the GPS antenna, but I don't know where to find or install that.

The other two I am not sure about, I've been told I need adapters but I don't know which adapters I need, sorry kind of a noob.

The one on the left is the old deck and the one on the right is the new deck with GPS.

Let me know what you guys think, has anyone done this upgrade before?

I'm not sure you have the COMPLETE deck with GPS from that photo. Have you powered it up to confirm that GPS is included? If this is the Pioneer touch screen Navigation unit, there are 2 modules required. From that photo it looks like you have just 1 module.
