That's the VW Bulli, all electric with big battery pack. A Geneva auto show car. Unfortunately not likely to be on any road in any configuration soon.

It looks like an electric variation of the chain of VW Bus concepts from the last decade or 2, NONE of which have been produced.
I do wish VW WOULD make s modern-Bus. I'd be interested (thanks to my old 1987 Bus/Vanagon- I still miss that one), but it would have modern VW engineering/build under the skin . . . not a fan of that . . . (that's why I bought a Scion/Toyota back in May 2008).

In this picture..the back (C Pillar Area) does look very XB2ish.
10 inches shorter than our xBs...i like it!
