Washing Microfiber Towels

I have been looking for different ways to wash microfiber towels. I just read a day ago to get a bucket and fill it with warm water. Then, put some dishwashing soap in the bucket with the water (I guess to degrease). Let it soak for an hour. After soaking it, wring the towels and put it in the washing machine. Finally, put it on the dryer at LOW. How do you wash your microfiber towels?
