So I'm putting together a shopping list for my RS5 and I'm looking at the usual (header intake exhaust), but I'm also thinking about getting a intake manifold and descendant fuel rail and injectors and a unichip. Is it a waste getting the manifold on a mild n/a setup?

It's very unlikely you'll get your money's worth for the intake manifold especially without going turbo, but no doubt the Unichip will help a little. Standard IHE upgrades plus the Unichip will probably deliver near the same improvement for N/A.

i would hold off on the intake mani intell you boost. 500+ clams is alot for onlu 2-3 hp gain on a n/a.
