I installed mine using the instructions that came with the intake along with the these DIY instructions (minus the pictures), and all went well. Good Luck with your install! Ask any questions if you wish.

All the instructions say that! I didn't remove the battery cable and all went well.

it's easier to remove the battery than it is to remove the front bumper cover. it all depends on if you think you can get the filter down there.

you can always use the TRD .pdf for install instructions...available @ trdsparks.com.

He didn't get the Cold Air Intake, he said he got the Short Ram so he doesn't need to do either!
