I can dig it! I'm contemplating putting black rims with the polished lip on mine as well!

I think they have about a half inch lip??
And i'm not sure about tire size. Since they're 18" I want something with a little higher side-wall to fill in the fenderwell pretty good.
Brands in mind are Firestone Firehawk Wide-Ovals, Nitto NT555 Xtreme ZRs, etc. Something with a 300+ treadwear.

go with a 225/45/18 tire - it is slightly wider and slightly taller than the stock set up and will give you a little more sidewall too!

that is the size i am getting for mine when i get some wheels so you can try it out for me

i think that will fit very nicely! and you are only losing .4 inch on the sidewall which should help the ride
