I was interested in purchasing some rims for my 2009 Scion. I wasn't sure if they would fit though. Can somebody help me? The rims I was interested in were the : ADR Decadence Rims

The lug pattern is 5x114.3 and you should be okay depending on the offset and whether or not you're xB is lowered

Depending on offset (35 would be good) and choosing a "right" tire size (see tire chart and get a green one), yes.

5x100 pattern

THAT is the problem.
The stock lugs are 5x114.3, so the lug studs on the xB will be larger than the holes on the rims.
IF they come in a 5x114.3 lug pattern and approx. a 35 offset.
Just get 215/35/19 rubber (not sure how that would look on 9 inch wide rims).

(235/30/19 would work, but not near as good at keeping all the gearing and computer correct.)
