Yes, the cover, not the carpet mat. I have all the mats from the '09. Since I didn't get what I wanted for the trade, I pretty much stripped it of add-ons and am using them in the RS 7.0.

The lowest price I've found for the cover, so far, is $150+shipping. That may be why I didn't get one for the '09. I've been using a navy blue throw to cover anything in the cargo area and can do that again, if need be.
