i want to buy 2011 tail lights for my 2009 i know they wont fit but ive always liked the look plus im testing some water and i want to see if i can pull it off lmk

They fit with a 11-13 bumper (bottoms are different shapes), BUT you need to rewire the reverse lights to make them functions on the clusters. The 09 is only wired for a single reverse light below the rear floor. That will need to be routed above the floor and then tapped or the like to add a second bulb on the same wire (which will need to be stretched to the other side.

they do in fact fit and yes thy need to be rewired the newer xb tail lights use a different socket for the tails and then you have to run a wire to the old reverse light and then back up to both tails in order for them to work right. but they do fit just has a gap at the bottom of the tails between the bumper and the tails

i dont plan on rewiring my reverse light my rear turn signal are red when i turn my lights on but when i use my turn signal they blink yellow i plan to put them on the clear side of the tail light i know theirs an extra hole but unless i plan on 3 reverse light lol where can i get them atleast a reasonable price i cant seem to find
