I'm a new owner of a 2012 xB 5sp manual shift. I feel the clutch engagement is too close to the floor, & a little lacking in sensitivity.

I want to try bleeding the clutch, but when I look for the clutch master cylinder, I can't find it.

Also, there is some kind of device just above the slave cylinder that has one pipe leading in, and one pipe that goes to the slave cylinder. What's up here???

TIA

I also couldn't find the clutch m/c. I decovered that the brake and clutch are connected to the same one. Another cost saving.

Thanks for the quick response! FWIW - my car is the same colour as yours:grin:: but is frighteningly lacking in mods, just Weather Tech floor liners so far!

Do you know what that thing is that is between the master & slave cylinders?
